Daycare Goals
To provide a wide variety of activities within a routine where cooperative play is encouraged. The curriculums are Art, Science, Cooking, Movement, Dramatic Play, Language, and Fine motor activities provide each child with opportunities to trust their own feelings about what is learned and what they heard and seen and can begin by telling their experiences to their mom and dads.

Common Goals
To provide a nurturing, loving, flexible, and calm atmosphere where self-concept is enhanced, independence is encouraged and expectations are made clear.
To provide an atmosphere where the respect for others is established, along with respect for the equipment and materials.
To promote emotional growth by building self-confidence and a sense of self-worth by allowing choices within limits and to build on successful experiences.
To provide a warm accepting environment for each child to work and play in with an emphasis on self motivation.
To provide appropriate alternatives to angry and aggressive behavior and strengthen inner emotional control.
To promote social growth and instill a sense of caring and sensitivity toward others. To develop recognition of group needs verses individual need. To aid in the development problem solving skills and to help each other learn to participate in a group setting.
To be supportive of parents and families by encouraging involvement, and to encourage open and honest communication.
